Shipping & Returns

General Terms:

Edecorli reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on www.edecorli.com with immediate effect. If a customer refuses to accept this policy, that customer is deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Edecorli immediately. All customers are deemed to have accepted the rules of this policy if using the services provided by Edecorli. Edecorli's policy shall prevail.


Shipping Lead Time:

We strive to ship orders the same day or next day. From the moment an order is SHIPPED, it can take 2-7 business days for parcel orders to arrive. It can take approximately 21 days for LTL orders to be delivered. We will do the best we can to get orders shipped as quickly as possible and provide tracking information, but please note we are at the mercy of the carriers once orders have been shipped. We do not ship items outside of the 50 contiguous United States and we don't ship to post office boxes. The shipping address must be a physical address.


Out of Stock Inventory:

Inventory counts change at any time during the course of business activities. We strive to maintain suitable inventory of every product we sell, but there are times when inventory will be depleted unexpectedly. When this occurs, we will contact the customer and allow the choice of one of two options. (1) Cancel the order or cancel the depleted item from the order and receive a refund for the full order or for the depleted item on the order or (2) Wait for the item to be restocked. If the depleted item is part of a multiple piece order, the other pieces will be shipped within our normal shipping lead time.


Order Cancellations:

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible so we must receive a written request to cancel an order the same day the order is placed. A request to cancel doesn't guarantee an order will be canceled. Once the request to cancel is received, we will assess the status of the order. Once the order has been filled and readied for shipping or has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If the order is refused when delivery is attempted, a 20% restocking fee along with the return shipping cost will apply. Returns:

Orders must be returned within 21 days of delivery if a return authorization number has been approved and issued. To send a request to return an order, reach out to us on our Contact Us page. Please wait for return instructions before returning an order. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Orders that are returned due to a wrong address or not returned within 21 days of delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued once receipt of the order is confirmed and it is received in good saleable condition. Place the item in its original packaging along with all tags intact and place it in a suitable container. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. It is advised to insure your return. Edecorli is not responsible for lost merchandise. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been used, soiled or damaged. Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee will apply to undamaged returns unless Edecorli is determined to be at fault. Clearance items are not eligible for return. All sales are final after 21 days.


Damages:

All damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Detailed pictures of the damage, including pictures of the packaging as it was received must be included with the report of any damage. Any damaged items not reported within 2 days will not be refunded or replaced. Edecorli will provide a return label for the shipping cost to return damaged items if it is determined that the damage is not the fault of the customer. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement that is due to an event beyond the control of either party including, but not limited to, any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made disaster that could not have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by any such event shall inform the other party of the event affecting the performance of any agreement and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreements contained herein.
